TUESDAY UPDATE ON YOUNG DREAMS EPISODE 353 - 354 Rachna and Dayal are in train. They share a nice daughter and father moment together and Rachna covers him with a shawl. Meanwhile, Gunjan and her friends are travelling in a car, they are saying something to her and she drives faster. Gunjan arrives at the hotel and Mayank is there drinking with his friends when a man comes there and says something to him. He brings a cake and they all celebrate while Gunjan sneaks into Mayank’s room and start preparing for his surprise. Gunjan decorates the room with rose petals and candles. She decides to get dressed while Mayank is busy drinking with friends. Gunjan is decked in a black fine strap dress and heels and looking stunning. Mayank stumbling his way to his room and his friends are helping him. He opens the door and sees Gunjan standing there with a mask on. He’s amused and looks surprise to see her there. Gunjan realized the other guys are in the room with Mayank and covers herself with a sheet. She then hides behind a wall. Mayank tries to push them out and a man come in and something is said to them and all of them leaves from the room. Mayank peeps to see if the man is gone and then rushes back into the room. He’s calls for Gunjan and she comes out but he still can’t believe she’s actually there. She fights with him and falls on the bed. They have a romantic moment together and then Gunjan lights the candles and they cut the cake. They dance and make merry enjoying themselves. Mayank looks at Gunjan. Gunjan says she has a good plan and that is to go out. Mayank says it's 3am but Gunjan says that the city of Mumbai never sleeps. They are in the car and Mayank asks where are they going and Gunjan says to have breakfast. Then Gunjan picks up her handphone and calls her best friends. She also tells Mayank how much they helped in the surprise. They reach the place and Gunjan starts talking to the guy in merati. Her friends also reach the place. They wish Mayank happy birthday. Mayank tells Gunjan that he didn’t know she could speak merati and she says of course she can because she is from Mumbai. Gunjan says that next time when she curses him she will do it in merati. They finish their breakfast and decide to take Mayank around Mumbai. As Gunjan is pointing out places to Mayank in the car, she falls asleep. Mayank brings her back to the hotel room and he tucks her into bed. He thanks her for showing him Mumbai through her eyes and how much she left behind to be in Benaras with him. Mayank then tells her that he loves her and kisses her on the forehead. Dholu sees Seema putting the prasad in a bowl and tries to take some but she stops him and tells him it has to be offered first to god. Shail asks Seema if Gunjan is joining them to go to the temple. Seema tells her that Gunjan had something important to do and she left early in the morning. Shail is shocked and says that Gunjan didn’t tell her anything. Seema complains and tells Shail who is she to stop anyone from doing what they want. Prabhu enters and ask what's wrong. Seema says that she told the priest that Gunjan was going to do the pooja and now she has to do it. Prabhu says what difference does it make if Seema or Gunjan does the pooja. Seema gives Prabhu to hold the prasad and leaves. Prabhu asks Shail if Dayal had called. Shail replies that he has not and asks him if he called Mayank to wish him. Prabhu says that he tried but his phone is unreachable and that he is probably busy preparing for his interview. At Mumbai, Mayank and Gunjan are still sleeping. Mayank suddenly wakes up. He looks at his watch and realises it's 9am. He wakes Gunjan up and tells her she missed her flight. Mayank says he is also going to be late for his interview. Mayank’s friends are at the door so Gunjan goes to hide. Mayank's friends ask him if this is the room they entered yesterday and if he knew the girl. Mayank says the girl actually entered his room wrongly and that he will be ready in ten minutes and they leave. Gunjan tells Mayank she is sorry and all of this is happening because of her. Mayank says it's not her fault. He rushes to get ready and Gunjan helps him. Gunjan tells Mayank not to miss her too much and wishes him all the best for his interview. Gunjan then book new flight tickets and realises by the time she reaches Benaras it will be 8pm. She says she will tell the family that the workshop went on longer. Shail, Seema and Prabhu are at the temple. Shail tries to call Gunjan. Shail tells Gunjan to try and come to the temple for a little while Gunjan says she can’t as she already signed up for the workshops. Gunjan hangs up and then says she is so sorry that she has to keep lying to Shail. Seema tells Shail she knew that Gunjan wouldn’t come as she doesn’t believe in poojas. Prabhu tells her not to forget that they are all here together because of Gunjan. Shail tells Seema not to be upset. Prabhu tells Shail not to be hurt by what Seema said. Shail says she is not and tells Prabhu that by now Dayal and Rachna would have reached Delhi. Prabhu says that Dayal hasn’t called yet as there could be a network problem. Rachna and Dayal reached Delhi. Rachna stares at the signboard that says New Delhi and imagines a voice saying the best designer award goes to Rachna Garg. Rachna thinks that no matter what she will not let Dayal’s believe and hopes shatter. She then talk to herself that Rachna Garg have to win. Rachana and Dayal leave the station. Rachna offer to carry the bag. On the other hand, Gunjan is at the hotel reading a magazine and wondering what Mayank is doing. She prays to god that Mayank finishes his interview quickly. She sees a nice lengga design in the magazine and remembers that Rachna would have reached Delhi by now and calls Rachna up. Rachana answers and Gunjan asks her how is Delhi. Rachna says they just arrived and asks her how is she and if she has arrived in Mumbai. Gunjan tells Rachna that she missed her flight. Rachana asks why she missed it and Dayal looks at her. Rachna realises that and somehow manages to twist her words and tell Gunjan it’s okey as she just missed only class. Rachna tells her to reach house on time. Gunjan tells her not to worry about her and for Rachna to focus on the competition. Gunjan wishes her all the best and tells her goodbye. Dayal and Rachna comes out from a rickshaw and Dayal and the driver starts quarrelling about the price of the fare while Rachna explains to her Dad to leave it and give him the money. They enter Delhi College of Art and Fashion and both look at the different type of people around them. At home, Dholu comes and asks Shail for something to eat and she gives him, the door bell rings and she goes to check who it is. Some girls are there, they came to drop a slip for Rachna to fill out, Shail tells them they could have given it to Gunjan, they tell her that Gunjan was not in college today. Shail tells them they must be mistaken because Gunjan attended a workshop, they tell Shail that there is no workshop today. Prabhu and Seema are shocked to hear that Gunjan was not in college! Gunjan gets a message in a phone saying that her flight has been delayed for 1 hour and she becomes more worried. At the Delhi College of Art and Fashion, Rachna asks for a registration form at the entry desk. The girls at the entry desk ask Rachna her name and tells her that she doesn’t look like a designer and watches her wierdly and tells her she is late by 15 minutes for the Fashion Hunch. The girls ask Rachna what kind of designs she have and ask if it’s Mehendi designs and laughs at her. The girls trouble Rachna and laughs at her, Dayal ask what kind of manners they have and they even laugh at Dayal. Rachna analyse the girl’s clothes, and a man comes and tells the girl to give Rachna and her dad the form and he compliments Rachna for her analysis on the girl’s clothes. They give her the form and tell Rachna a huge a fee required for registration, she gets worried but Dayal gives her the money and tells her it is okay. Mayank does a presentation at work and they are impressed with is presentation [he says in his mind that he is doing it for Gunjan], Mayank asks to leave but does not get permission from his boss and feels sad that he is going to miss Gunjan’s flight. However, Mayank comes and surprises her before she goes, he asks her to stay one more night as it is his birthday but she refuses. Seema calls Gunjan, and ask where she is, and hears Mayank voice in the background and wonders if Gunjan is is Mumbai. Prabhu comes there and asks Seema what happened and she watches him sternly.
