Perisic has emerged as one of Manchester United's top transfer targets in recent weeks after starring in Serie A in 2016/17.

The winger, 28, scored 11 goals and tallied 7 assists last campaign as Inter registered a disappointing seventh-place finish.

Jose Mourinho’s side have already opened negotiations with Inter for the 28-year-old, with Sky Sports claiming that they made a £36m offer back in May that was turned down.

But now it seems they’ll have to substantially increase their offer to get their man.
