Barcelona man Arda Turan set to re-join Galatasaray on loan despite Arsenal interest
Arsenal target Arda Turan is set to join Galatasaray on loan.
The midfielder has fallen down the pecking order at Barcelona and he wants a fresh challenge with more action.
Arsenal have been linked with the Turkey international and it was reported he was open to moving to England.
However, according to Turkish newspaper Hurriyet, Turan is now set to join Galatasaray on loan for the season.
The Turkish giants are prepared to pay the 30-year-old around £70,000-a-week during his second spell with them.
Turan made his name at Galatasaray during the early part of his career, before joining Atletico Madrid in 2011.
The midfielder is reportedly keen to return to his former club where he spent seven seasons from 2004.
